About Integrated Bradford

Building Schools for the Future incorporates elements of the private finance initiative (PFI). PFI is a system of funding projects whereby a private sector partner is awarded a long-term contract to finance, design, and build schools, and then operate and maintain them – usually for 25 years or more.

Integrated Bradford is a consortium that brings together specialists in education, design and construction, schools operation, stakeholder management, computer systems, finance, and supply chain management.
