Building Schools for the Future incorporates elements of the private finance initiative (PFI). PFI is a system of funding projects whereby a private sector partner is awarded a long-term contract to finance, design, and build schools, and then operate and maintain them – usually for 25 years or more.
Integrated Bradford will work with Bradford Council to deliver the area´s £400 million Building Schools for the Future programme.
